In recent years, driven by the powerful advancement of artificial intelligence (AI) technology, a major transformation in educational models—the Parallel Education transformation supported by intelligent education—has begun to spread globally. This necessitates a re-examination of education and teaching from the perspectives of Parallel Intelligence and Parallel Education. Based on this, the article first explores the origins and purposes of education to serve as a theoretical foundation for clarifying the relationship between Parallel Intelligence and Parallel Education. Next, it introduces the definitions, basic frameworks, and application development processes of Parallel Intelligence and Parallel Education, noting that Parallel Intelligence provides robust technical support for Parallel Education. Subsequently, the article elaborates on the Parallel Education transformation supported by intelligent education, arguing that this transformation encompasses not only changes in teaching content, connotations, disciplinary structures, and assessment methods but also innovations in educational forms. Finally, looking toward the future, it emphasizes the introduction of concepts and technologies related to "Parallel Teachers and Students" and "Parallel Schools" to ensure the success of the Parallel Education transformation. This approach aims to pioneer new directions for educational reform and pursue sustainable human well-being.
